Welcome to SJØ Restaurant & Wine bar
Here at Sjø, we introduce you to the concept of "Vestlandsfusion" - a harmonious blend of Western Norwegian ingredients and international culinary traditions.
With us, you will find everything from fresh seafood dishes and juicy meat dishes to delicate vegetarian options. As a bonus, you can enjoy the fantastic view over Vågen and Bryggen, one of the few landmarks in Norway listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
In addition to bar and restaurant experiences, our venues are also excellent for events. We offer several solutions well-suited for celebrations such as confirmations, Christmas parties, or conferences.
Our different zones, including the Lounge, the Restaurant, the Wine Bar, and our own lounge and cocktail bar on the 7th floor, SJØ Skybar, can be customized for both large and small groups.

Tuesday - Saturday from 17:00 - 22:00.

Vineyard
With us, you not only get an unforgettable culinary experience but also a journey through our selection of exclusive wines from our own vineyard, Château Saint Martin de la Garrigue, idyllically located in the heart of Languedoc, France.
Our team
Our team consists of a group of dedicated individuals with a passion for creating great guest experiences. Head Chef Andre transforms seasonal ingredients into culinary masterpieces, while Restaurant Manager Simona ensures that you have everything you need in the restaurant.
The Bar
The bar is the centerpiece of the venue. Here you will find a wide selection of wine, exciting cocktails, and other refreshing drinks that complement both the atmosphere and the dining experience.
